Terms
These terms govern access to and use of the Megatrix client portal (the “Portal”). By logging in or using the Portal, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.
The service
Megatrix provides a client portal for project and task management, requests, conversations, document access, billing visibility, and marketing/advertising performance reporting, scoped to your workspace. Features and reports may change over time as we add, remove, or improve them.
Accounts and access
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Access to a workspace is granted and revoked by Megatrix or your organization's administrators. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in the Portal (files, messages, notes, task details). You grant Megatrix a license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Portal for your workspace. We do not use your content to train third-party models or sell it to anyone.
Connected third-party accounts
You may connect external accounts (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, GoHighLevel) to pull reporting data into the Portal. You represent that you have the authority to grant Megatrix access to any account you connect, and you can disconnect at any time from Integrations. Megatrix is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data returned by these third-party platforms.
Billing
Fees, invoices, and payment terms for services rendered are set out separately in your service agreement or statement of work with Megatrix. Payment details are processed securely through Stripe; see our Privacy notice for details.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Portal to upload unlawful content, attempt to access another workspace's data, probe or disrupt the Portal's security, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or a connected third-party platform's own terms (e.g. Google, Meta, GoHighLevel).
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Portal is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megatrix disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Portal, including inaccuracies in third-party reporting data shown in your dashboard.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Portal if these terms are violated, or if your underlying service agreement with Megatrix ends. You may stop using the Portal at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page or communicated directly to workspace administrators.
